Super-Modulated Delay inspired by cascaded rack gear.
 
In the 1970s and 1980s, experimental guitarists, such as Allan Holdsworth, Frank Zappa, and Robert Fripp, were pushing the boundaries of guitar tone by cascading multiple rack units to conjure up entirely unique new sounds. The Meris Polymoon re-creates this technique but in a scaled-down pedalboard unit. Polymoon’s cadre of effects comprises a multi-tap delay, dynamic flanger, barber-pole phaser, and a massive set of modulators, including six custom-tuned LFOs capable of producing understated vibratos or mind-melting, pitch-shifted pandemonium.
